Refund policy

Due to the nature of the media and license agreements with Publishers, eBooks purchased are final sales and non refundable or exchangeable.

Live Training Courses (in-person or webinars)
- 30 days prior to start of a program date you can receive a full refund.
- 15-29 days prior to start of a program date you can receive a refund of half the amount paid (after any service fees).
- 14 days or less prior to start of a program date there will be NO refunds including students who take a course or fail to attend a course and /or fail/pass an exam (if one is a part of the program).

On Demand Courses 
Due to the nature of media used, On Demand Courses are non refundable once purchased. However, if a customer is not satisfied with an on demand course, they may have a one (1) time exchange for another on demand course of equal or lessor value.
